About internal exception set (LBX and MSX bits).

I have refered spru732j Section 7.15.2(P610).
There is description about the case of occur internal exception LBX and MSX bits.
But, I can not understand it explicitly.

Could you advice me, please?

 - When are the LBX and the MSX set?

 - Are there any problem if the LBX and MSX are set?

I would like to ask you because I can see the LBX and the MSX on our system.
I am using DM6433.
