Error initializing emulator - c5515 ezdsp usb stick

I am running Win 7 - 54 bit. I installed CCSv4 from DVD attached. After patching the CCSv4 I succeeded to build the example accompanying the CSL.

Unfortunately, when I am trying to debug the com I am getting error message

"Error initializing emulator"

In device manager I see two XDS100 channel.

Where is my problem.
