Can you pls contact the TI FAE supporting you. He will be able to share the RDK 3.5 package with you.Regadring myregisteredsoftware you should have got an email with activation details when you first registered. Probably you received the previous RDK package from FAE and not via myregisteredsofware so your id may not be activated.
