Need example of using pin as output

Hello, I have some function X, and I need to transfer "1" on one of processor's pin at the moment of entrance to this function, and "0" when exit from it. It need to check function call timing on oscillograph. Can someone can give some example how to make it? board TMS320C5515 USB Stick.

Hi Yar,

I assume you are using the SpectrumDigital TMS320C5515 eZDSP USB STICK, if yes than you can download the test code from http://support.spectrumdigital.com/boards/usbstk5515/reva/ and in file usbstk5515_gpio.c you can use functions -

- Int16 USBSTK5515_GPIO_setDirection( Uint16 number, Uint16 direction )
- Int16 USBSTK5515_GPIO_setOutput( Uint16 number, Uint16 output )

You can find some GPIO's on the board expansion connector,

In the reva file at support.spectrumdigital.com/.../reva , is there some test code for configuring input/output pins? Any help in this regard is requested at the earliest.

If you are referring to GPIO setting, you can refer to GPIO examples in CSL3.04.
