IPNC debug board ARM and ICE mode

Hi, experts.

Regarding to the IPNC Debug board, What's the different between ARM mode and ICE PICK mode?

When I check the schematic there's only different pin connector.

so I try to connect both JTAG connector using xds510usb plus(has a CTI-20 pin header).

 

14pin JTAG I/F has no problem to connect but CTI-20 JTAG (with JP1 jumper) couldn't connect.

Don't I use CTI-20 JTAG I/F?
