Question about Speex and root filesystem provided by TI

Hi

How is built the Speex codec library (libspeex.so.1.5.0) provided within TI root filesystem? I mean, with which configuration options: fixed-point or float?

Is there any optimization for ARMv7 architecture and NEON? As far as I know, speex comes with just ARMv4 and ARMv5 configuration options. Are there any patches to optimize for AM335x?

One more question is related to gstreamer: it is missing of CELT plugin. But CELT enc/dec are part of gst-good-plugins version 0.10.20 which is the one provided. Is there any licence or other reason why libcelt and and related gstreamer plugin have not been included?
