MPEG-2 decode codec for DM81xx

All-

According to this page:

...TI offers MPEG-2 video decode codecs optimized for both the DM816x and DM814x platforms.

Where can I obtain these codecs?  (I believe I'm looking for something along the lines of "REL.500.V.MPEG2.D.IVAHD.*")...

The intent is to integrate this functionality into DVRRDK 03.00.xx.xx.
