I have not access to the MT29C4G96MAZBACJG-5 WT chip datasheet but I'll provide you some information which would be useful to take decision about is this memory chip suitable for your needs:

• The DM3725 supports 128M-byte addressable per chip-select, 1G-byte total address space.
• 16-bit or 32-bit data, two chip-selects, configurations for a maximum of 4 G-bits supported on each chip-select.
• You can read more information in the Technical reference manual at http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sprugn4r/sprugn4r.pdf chapter 1.3.4.
• You can obtain useful information about physical dimensions and Stacked Memory Package on the POP Device (CBP Package) at Figure 1-4.
• The 6.4.2.1 chapter - Low power DDR interface from DM3730, DM3725 Digital Media Processors document at http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/dm3725.pdf give you useful information interface schematic and table of main parameters.
