AM335x: Basic NAND Question

Hi community,

I got some basic Questions about the Initialization of NAND in U-Boot.

We are using MT29F64G08CBCAB Micron Chip, its ONFI 2.2 compliant.

Which information deliever ONFI by its detection?

Information like OOB Size, Block Size, Page Size, ECC Size and ECC Steps?

Or should these Information hard coded?

Hi Markus,

This is described in section 26.1.7.4.2 of the AM335X Technical Reference Manual. More specifically, check Table 26-12 on page 4072.
