For Micron LPDDR RAM that is used for DM3730, where to get the  SDRAM controller settings just right to reliably access RAM? 

Are there any pieces of reference code out there , either from eval boards, or from the Wiki, etc, that could be used  to see what the ‘common’ SDRAM controller settings should look like ?

    Hi Newton,

    You can look at the Technical reference manual - chapter 10.2.5 SDRC Subsystem Basic Programming Model and use it for programming guides on setting up the SDRAM Controller registers according to the required application. The values of the needed settings could be obtained from the Micron DDR datasheets.
