Does the fDDR/mDDR_CLK (MHz) field in the DDR timing spreadsheet refers to DDR memory frequency or PLL frequency?

I have not seen the spreadsheet. If you can attach it will be better. In any case you try to reduce the frequency by 50% and see. If it works then you can make a call.
