Hi,

I am working with TMS320DM6467T and there is guide which has the steps on "Davinci Installation". As given, I have downloaded the 'flash_utils.tar.gz' for UBL.

In one the steps, its mentioned to select the 'ublDavinci.pjt' file and build the UBL '.out' file. I am using Eclipse based CCS 5.11 and I have migrated the given project in 5.11 Version, but it shows the following errors.

How do I resolve these errors?

And, after removing these errors and building the UBL ELF (.out file) , do I have to follow the same procedure given in the guide for generating binary file(.bin) or are there utilities in CCS 5V+ for generating (.bin) file?

Please share the codegen tools you selected here? Also what is your target config?

I am using the default configuration setup as given in the project file. Codegen Tools and Target Config settings are given below:

Also, do I have to follow the same procedure for generating uboot (ELF) file and uboot .bin file ?

Hi Chinmay,

I think you should use the ARM9 as the tool set not the default codegen tools....

Hi Feroz,

I have checked the CCS Build, its ARM9 based. See the snap below:

The Project now builds the ubl code without any errors.

Do I have to use the default config or my custom config?

Both the configs generate the ubl elf without error.

In my Custom Config, can you tell me the Settings - Endianness, Variant, Output Format etc.

Hi Mr. Chinmay,

Please use the config for DM6467/T. I think it is litttle Endian (please check the data sheet).
