Bootloader never show BOOTME message

Hi

I followed the steps mentioned in TMS320DM6467 DVEVM v1.40  getting started guide as

  1. Flashing UBL to SPI EEPROM
  2. and then Flashing U-boot to NAND

and flash writer completely writes u-boot to NAND but my DM6467 board never show any message on minicom terminal 

can any one please guide me what is the issue and what i am missing?
