In the past I've written DSP code for the OMAPL137 using DSPLnk. I am working on a project for the DM3730 and will need to develop DSP code for the DM3730. We are using a CompuLab module, so I think I need an eval board for CCS DSP development. Advice is welcome.
I received a huge package of documentation with the eval board for OMAPL137 development, but I see no equivalent TI part for the DM3730. I'll need to set up CCS for the target, so I'd like something that CCS supports. Also, in order to support my ARM developers, I'll need to write a test app to load and run the DSP code. I'd like to assure that the eval board supports JTAG. Also, for the OMAPL137, I could bring up both the ARM and DSP CCS interfaces for the few times I needed to debug the interface. Is that supported for this part?
I guess that what I really want is the Quick Start Guide to setting up CCS and an Eval Board for this part.
