How to use Samsung NandFlash with AM335x

Hi,

When I use Samsung K9F2G08 on AM335x  board,the kernel  always print  "UBI error: ubi_io_read: error -74 (ECC error) while reading 512 bytes from PEB 2:512, read 512 bytes". However,If I use NandFlash named MT29F2G08ABAEA,the kernel woks well.

I create the ubifs file system refer to the following link and flash kernel and rootfs via u-boot.

I hope someone can help me solve this question that has exited a long time.
