ethernet performance - Cpu load

Hello,

In "DM816x_C6A816x_AM389x_PSP_04.04.XX.XX_Feature_Performance_Guide" there is a table showing cpu utilization in regard to use of the ethernet port for TX (and another table for  RX):
1. Is the cpu utilization measured using iperf flags, if not - How can I measure this cpu utilization ?
2. Is this cpu utilization a result of send/sendto system call, and the calling thread is the thread which consume the cpu ?
