The difference between XAM335x and AM335x ?

Hi,

I have some boards which used XAM3359ZCZ or AM3352ZCZD72,I do not use PRU and SGX,so there are no difference for me theoretically.

But, I find the XAM335x can use a Third-party XDS100v2 and the AM335x can't.(JTAG HW RESET)

The dmtimers of the XAM335x are something different between code and the TRM (enable more than 3 timers, the ISR handler),and the AM335x correct this bug.(DMTimer ISR)

So,  is there a specific docment which lists the difference between XAM335x and AM335x? since my debugging and coding are both using the XAM335x.
