running C-Sharp applications on AM335x

Hi,

We started working with TI Sitara AM335x ARM Cortex A8.

What is the best way to make applications run on the development kit? On the PC we have Ubuntu with Mono. 

Is it best to install mono on the AM335? Is there mono for AM335?
