I want a suitable TI SBC for my application

Hello, every body!
I want a suitable TI single board computer which has:

1- 64MB SDRAM

2- Nor flash

3- Nand flash

4- UART

5- USB

6- LCD interface

7- keyboard interface

8- JTAG

9- audio in and out

10- DSP processor + ARM processor in its core

11- OS: Linux , Win CE, and Android

What is the suitable TI single board computer that I can find it all these features?
