The touch screen controller is part of PMIC tps65070 which is interfaced using I2C. Hope this clarifies your query.

I understand that this I.C. controls the touchscreen, I mean it gives me the (x) and (y) position. My other doubt is, How can I connect this information with the touchscreen driver in android, How android knows that the events generated by this chip are touchscreen coordinates or interrupts, I think that by software I should send this info to the touchscreen driver, but I don't know how can I do that, should I program a bridge between the touchscreen driver of android and this chip. And I would like to to this because many of the elements of android receives events from the android's touchscreen driver, I guess, I am not completely sure.

The standard linux touchscreen driver should work fine with android after some small changes relating to calibration.

The operation of touch driver is very simple. There will be a touch screen driver in kernel which will get an interrupt when you touch the device. The driver will read the touch co-ordinates using I2C and pass it to upper layer using the API input_report_abs() where he'll pass the co-ordinates and events to user space. Android event manager will identify it as touch screen events and will take care according to the other parameters like calibration data etc. 

Thank you, it seems easy, I mean it seems like the kernel drives everything, but I still don't know how could I connect the kernel driver to an specific I.2C. port , or I just connect the tps65070 chip and they'll configure the comunication by themselves.

If you are using the dvsdk source package from TI for L138 EVM, then it will configure everything.
