OMAP_L138 USB0_VDDA12 decoupling cap

Should add that the schematic checklist here does state 0.22uF but not where that value comes from.

You need to use a 0.22uF low ESR capacitor on the USB0_VDDA12 LDO output. This comes from the design spec.

Hi David,

The OMAP-L138 datasheet has just been updated (to SPRS586F) with some small changes.

One of them is the that new information was added for the USB0_VDDA12 LDO pin (N17) on page 52:
"For proper device operation, this pin must always be connected via a 1 uF capacitor to
VSS (GND), even if USB0 is not being used."
But it seems that page 72 was not changed to reflect this change.

Could you please confirm that information of page 52 is the one that need to be follow on how to treat USB0_VDDA12 LDO pin (N17).  The "No Connect" of page 72 should instead point to info of page 52. Correct?

The info on page 52 is not correct. The capacitor value should be 0.22uF, not 1uF. And connection should follow the table on page 72. The datasheet will be corrected.
