Hello.
I would like to use external clock source for OSC0 XTALIN on AM3352.
Although I can find the crystal requirement on the datasheet(sprs717d P100),
I can not find the requirement of external clock source.
I would like to clarify about following:
- Absolute maximum ratings of XTALIN pin [V MIN & MAX]
- High-level input voltage(Vih) [V MIN]
- Low-level input voltage(Vil) [V MAX]
- Allowable transient overshoot voltage[V MAX] and time[nsec MAX]
- Allowable transient undershoot voltage[V MIN] and time[nsec MAX]
- Period jitter[nsec MAX] or allowable error rate[ppm MIN & MAX]
- Typical load capacitance value [pF Typ]
- Pulse width high time and low time [nsec MIN]
- Transition time [nsec MAX]
Could you provide me these informations?
