6678 emif norflash boot problem

hi,ti employee

      my board has a 6678,6678 's emif has a norflash at its CE0.I want to boot direct from emif_norflash ,without i2c_eeprom.

     I config 6678 with fpga,after I config the pins, I power on the board ,I read the  device status register (0x2620020),the value of this register is 0x00011B01,the pc point is still 0x20bxxxx,

     and I test the CE0 pin of EMIF,it is always high ,it is not available.

    what is wrong ?

    Were you able to access the nor flash through emulation interface namely CCS.?

        we are able to access the nor flash through emulation interface namely ccs,the data is what I write into the flash.it is all right.

    It looks like you have the extended wait mode enabled.  What is the state of your wait signal at the part?
