AM3505

Hello,

we are designing new product using Cortex_A8 AM3505.

Does the AM3505 need external impednace matching with DDR2 memory? if it is true, what is needed for impedance matching and which signals need impedance matching e.g. address bus, data bus and control signals? Or which registers setting have impact on this impedance mathcing?
