Program using BIOS6 for 6678

Hi,

By default when you install CCS SYS/BIOS is installed too (unless if you chose a custom install and didn't install them), take a look here: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/BIOS_MCSDK_2.0_Getting_Started_Guide#Installing_Code_Composer_Studio.

Then when you create a new CCS project and choose a SYS/BIOS example, in the next screen you must select which version of SYS/BIOS you're going to use and should also be able to select the 6678 platform.

When you choose the version you're going to use, the BIOS_CG_ROOT variable is automatically set, this variable is used in: Project Proporties -> CCS Build -> XDCtools -> Package Repositories. The default installation dir is C:\ti, maybe this is the reason why the file is not found.

If these options are not enabled maybe you can try reinstalling CCS, or if you don't want to do so, you can install separate packages of sysbios (http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/bios/sysbios/index.html) and xdctools http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/rtsc/index.html .

thank for your answer.  When a new project is created there is no p[tion for a BIOS project. I use the  CCS5.3.  I re-insalled the XDC and BIOS packages.

Can you please send me a BIOS6 project as an example?
