And if the answer is "No"  then how does B-Labs' codezero hypervisor work on OMAP 4460 ?

I tried using the pre-built images to run two instances of Android one on each of two cores...as per instructions at URL:  http://dev.b-labs.com/prebuilt-demos/dual-panda-ics/ on pandaboard.  it worked for a while for 15 to 20 minutes and then OMAP 4460 became very hot and blew up  :-(

did the codezero hypervisor overclock the OMAP4460 ? because of which the chip got overheated and blew up ?

I thought the OMAP4460 is locked and one cannot overclock it ?
