Android EZ Software Development Kit (EZSDK) for DM816x?

Hello.

I want to develop ARM+DSP applications on DM8168-EVM under android, but I can't find  Android EZ Software Development Kit (EZSDK) for  DM816x here(http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/dsp/toolsw.page?familyId=44&toolTypeId=67). Will ti release it in the future? Or are there other tools to achieve it under android? If I want to port EZSDK to android, how to do it?
