I am using TDA1MXX and DDR2 128MB. 

Can anyone provide me the GEL script for DDR2 128MB configuration?

    Please check the DDR2/DDR3 SDRAM Memory Initialization in our TRM and your memory Data Sheet for creating your Gel file.  We have a Gel file for our EVM you can download from http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/File:DM814x_gel.zip to use as an example,
