Hi,
We have a design based on the DM8107 and a BCM5461 Gigabit PHY. we use GMII mode in our design.

Our problem is that the ethernet interface appears to can not work in u-boot with 1000M but it can work with 100M speed.

in kernel it can work with 100M or 1000M.

Hello,

I just tried to ping from my u-boot and here are the messages:

ping 10.0.0.1
link up on port 0, speed 1000, full duplex
Using cpsw device
host 10.0.0.1 is alive

It seems that the speed is 1000.

My u-boot PSP is 04.04.00.01.

Hello

Which PSP version are you using?
Can you check weather CPSW is able to get 125MHz clock when it is connected to 1Gbps link (you can pinout clock signal to the phy)?
Can you provide U-Boot logs?

Can you tell me the PSP version of your DM8107 kernel

Now my DM8107 network can not work with 1000M. So could you give me your arch/arm/mach-omap2/devices.c .
