problem with XDCtools primers

I am not able to "gmake" the examples in the RTSC modules primer. My XDCtools installation was part of starterware installation. I get the follow message:

"Cant find library 'lib/ti/.targets.rts6000.a64P' specfied by package ti.targets.rts. It wasn't found along the path 'C:/ti/xdctools_3_23_03_53/Mod-primer-examples/examples;C;/ti/xdctools_3_23_03_53/packages;..;"

There is a lib folder in the C:\ti\xdctools_3_23_03_53\packages\ti\targets\rts6000 folder, but it is empty.

Any thoughts?

Hi John,

I am looking in an older XDCTools installation (v3.23.02.47), but my rts6000 folder is far from empty. I think that this is your problem as I do not see any issues with your path provided XDCTools was installed in the c:\ti directory. I am not sure how or why this happened, but my guess would be that a reinstall would fix that issue.

Thanks Tim. I re-installed the tools, then the rts6000 folders were populated and the gmake ran as described in the primer.
