Hi Sachin,

Its possible to improve the speed to much higher levels by optimizing the NAND driver. You can achieve atleast 6 MB/sec of write speed.

You've to optimize NAND driver for this. We've implemented this for one of our customer before.

Just for the record, can you please clarify here that the number you measured was not for OMAPL13x but instead DM814x device.

I have not claimed anything in my post I believe. I just told that its possible to achieve 6MB/sec write throughput on L138 if the driver is optimized. We've also achieved better throughput on DM814x platforms as well in u-boot.
