Dear Experts,

We would like to add a custom platform to XDC/SYSBIOS and PDK.

Is there any guideline document on how to do that. I could fairly easily add a platform in PDK and the platform library can be used just fine.

Now we are looking into adding our platform into XDC/BIOS.

are you working in CCS? Here is a guide for using the Platform Wizard, a CCS tool that generates custom platform that can be used in SYS/BIOS. I am not sure how familiar you are with XDCtools and SYS/BIOS, but there is a memory management guide for XDCtools and SYS/BIOS that offers more details about the usage and the development of platforms.

Dear Sasha,

Thank you for your answer. Actually I haven't found the menu. Not reaching for excuses, but why the platform creation is under the debug perspective, in my point of view it has nothing to do with debugging.

This being said, thank you for your information, we have managed to get NDK examples running on our custom board!

Arnaud,
good to hear that you got the examples running. I don't know why you don't see the Platform Wizard menu in all perspectives by default, but that is configurable. If you go to Window->Customize Perspective ..., and there under Manu Visibility you can enable Tools.
