Get any unique hardware ID in ANDROID

Hi

   I'm working with beagelbone. And developed customized android device without GSM module.

Now i want to get unique id from the device. IMEI number is not possible due to absence of GSM module.

Is there possible to get any hardware unique id from the device ?

Wifi and BT MAC id is possible but if these hardware is off state we cant read the MAC id.
