Design and Placement AM335x

Hi,

I couldn't find anything in reference documents about the recommended clearance component to AM335x.

Exists any minimum clearance rule about the placement  between the BGA(ZCZ)  and the other components to enable a good  BGA reflow process and a smooth inspection on electronic microscope?

    Texas Instruments does not have any specific requirements or recommendations for clearance around AM335x.

     You should discuss this with your PCB design, fabrication, and assembly vendors to see if they have any specific requirements.
