Hello,

I'm working in an aerospace company. For a new project, we've planned to use the AM3352. However, for BGA packages, Pb-Free is not acceptable for us. Does a SnPb version exist? If not, is there any non-ROHS Cortex A8 ?

Hi Damien,

The AM335X packages that are publicly available are all Pb-Free. I would suggest that direct this request to your TI representative or FAE.

It is not necessary to discuss this with your TI representative or FAE.

There are no plans to offer a SnPb package option for the AM335x family of devices.
