SW: IPNC_RDK_V3.2
HW: DM385

Below params. is defined and used for creating capture buffers.
#define CAMERA_LINK_FRAMES_PER_CH_HIGH_RESOLUTION 6 (cameraLinkPriv.h)

I tried modifying this value from 6 to 4/10/12/24/ etc... If num. of buffs. decreased below 6(ex:4) system work fine.

In case if I increase it above 6(ex: 12/24) etc, system asserts in one or the other part.Hope memory is not a constraint, because memAlloc() is succesfull, but run time assertion is observed after processing few frames.

Basically I want to increase number of capture buffers fro 6/8 to as high as 64...!! IS that possible?

Ravikiran,

I think the issue that you are observing is because of memory. Can you post the full console log from your run wherein you see the issue?

Since I modified the code and added many debug logs, Logs Shared may not be useful.

Please can you tel me, If I change the "#define CAMERA_LINK_FRAMES_PER_CH_HIGH_RESOLUTION 6" to "#define CAMERA_LINK_FRAMES_PER_CH_HIGH_RESOLUTION 24". (REF: cameraLink_priv.h). Is that ok? This is how you increase the cameraLink buffers?
I ll try to post the logs by EOD, if info is not sufficient.
