Configuring GDB and stop at 84% - AM335x Starter Kit

I follow 'Debugging with CCS and GDB' Lab and done all step until setp.7 with AM335x Starter Kit, CCS v5.1.1.00033 and Linux SDK 05.06.00.00,

but CCS 'Progress' tab shows 'Starting Program: Configuring GDB' and stop at 84%, nothing more.

Remote System Details works find and Terminals connects to the EVM board properly.
