the calibration of touchscreen

Hi,I am making android for servel days.Now I meet a problem,when I into the system,I do not find the calibration of the touchscreen.I use am335x evm,and I change the LCD into 480272,so whatever I hit LCD and it has no response.Who can tell me what should I do to make the calibration? Thaknks!
