Please follow the instructions found on this page to enable the Graphics SDK: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Graphics_SDK_Quick_installation_and_user_guide

Once the graphics sdk has been installed examples and documentation can be found under <GRAPHICS_SDK_INSTALL_PATH>/GFX_Linux_SDK/OGLES2/SDKPackage/Documentation and <GRAPHICS_SDK_INSTALL_PATH>/GFX_Linux_SDK/OGLES2/SDKPackage/TrainingCourse
