  • Please search on a particular topic on the TI Wiki Pages and gain knowledge.

The best way for you to get started would be to teach yourself about the boot loader by running some examples available on TI websites

I hope you will find many good answers in TI E2E forum and in the TI.com documents and in the TI Wiki Pages.
Be sure to search those for helpful information and to browse for the questions others may have asked on similar topics.

  • Hi Jagadeesh,

A boot loader or boot manager is a piece of code that runs on the device when it is powered up that initializes your device and loads your application or OS on the device. Some people also refer this as boot manager but if you are looking at TI documentation of OMAPL products, this would be referred to as the boot loader. Please refer to the description of the boot sequence on the following wiki and the boot loader application notes and let us know if you have any follow up questions:

    Thanks and Regards,
