I am using the Pulse Oximeter front end module with a C5515 EVM. I am designing a new nellcor compatible probe that uses multiple light sensors (i.e. >2 wavelengths of light). I'm having a bit of difficulty initiating the new parameters for the LED drive controller in order to change the LED drive timer and LED switching control.
While I am assuming this is possible through the code composer software, Section 2.3 of the pulse oximeter application report states that the intensity of Red and IR are controlled by the two channels in DAC 7573. Does this mean that we'll need to use an additional channel if we're looking at more than those two wavelengths? If so, how would we use this additional channel in the front end board?
Also- Where can we access the table look up for the %SpO2 values?
