           IPIPE I/F Horizontal Resizing Parameter RSZ.RSZ

           IPIPE I/F Horizontal Resizing Parameter for H3A RSZ3A.RSZ

2, when change the RSZ3A.RSZ setting , should the AF engine setting change accordingly, such as PAXSH, PAXSV, PAXW, PAXH, AFINCV and AFINCH
