DDR2 clock on OMAP-L138

Hi,

Someone told me that the DDR2 clock can't go higher than 150Mhz because of a physical limitation of the omap chip, is that true?

Yes, 152 MHz is the max DDR2 clock speed supported on OMAPL1x devices. You should not try to run the DDR clock above the datasheet spec.
