Hi, I work with AM3359ZCZD72 processor and DDR3 from Micron (MT41J256M16RE-15E IT). I use TPS51916 IC for DDR3 powering. Micron will not make DDR3 memory with 1,5V supply and -40...+85 operating temperature range in future. Micron starts production DDR3 memory with 1,35 V for industrial temperature range (for example MT41K256M16HA-125 IT). TPS51916 can be configured for generate 1,35 V. Can processor work with DDR3 1,35 V memory and VDDS_DDR = 1,35 V? And in what kind of modes can be used with 1,35 V DDR3?
