Hi. I just bought the Starter Kit, and try get the develop system up and running.
I have created a virtual machine running Ubuntu, as described in dokomationen. I've Installed CCS 5, and it run just fine.
But I can not connect to the target.
The host machine (Win 7) can not recognize AM335x, and therefore can not make it available for the virtuele machine.
When I look in properties for USB device it reads the Hardware ID as:
USB\VID_0428&2412&REV_0;;2
USB\VID_0428&2412
VID 0428 PID 2412 is the USB 2.0 Hub Controller USB2412 U16 on the PCB.
Can you help help with drive ? or what should I do ?
I have tried to update the CCS on the host machine
I have also tried to let the host machine find a driver on the net, without success.
