tms320c5515 w/external flash ICT question

I'm a test engineer with a CM and I have a customer that has a TMS320C5515 on their board with and external flash/sram combo device (AMI Semiconductor N04C1633E3BM) that is being pre-programmed.  They have asked that we verify the CRC of the flash during In-Circuit Test (using an Agilent 3070).  I do not have full access to the flash, so I have to go through the JTAG port on the TMS320C5515.  Is there a software program and emulator/programmer that would be well suited to perform this request?  We are also concerned with throughput times as we are building 1000s of boards a month.

    Ultimately this will be a program that will need to be written and then downloaded to the DSP to perform this test.  We don’t have pre-canned JTAG test vectors or routines to use for this purpose.  I suspect it could be a relatively small program to perform this verification.
