AM3359 - 8 Bit NAND flash

Hi,

How much maximum MLC NAND flash size is supported on AM335x with 8 bit GPMC interface. We planed to use 8 GB ( 64 Gb) of memory for our application.

Hi,

Yes, it is possible to use 8GB (64Gb) NAND flash. However, if you plan to boot from the NAND flash, please refer to Table 26-13. Supported NAND Devices (page 4072) from the AM335x TRM.
