AM335x Starter Kit not wroking

I posted below Query few days back and also fillup hardware repair/return form also, but response, that why again posting below query.

I have TMDSSK3358 - AM335x Starter Kit got in Dec 12 till last week it was working fine.

Last week while I was debuging on board suddenly Kit's LCD and LED goes off, I tried to power up again but fails

After three days when I was about to thinking of returning this kit to TI estore, I just check again. Connect power supply and switch on, starter kit power up normaly and work for some time it went off again. And now whenever I switch on the only power LED glows for some time and goes off, no other LED or LCD blinks.

Can any one tell me what is wrong with kit

Hi Dattatray,

You were already advised on the other thread to contact the TI e-store for details on how to RMA your defective kit. There is nothing we can do here to diagnose or repair it remotely.

Thanks Biser, Thanks for reply I already raised a Service Request number SR#1-940600493 but no response on that.

I don't have any idea were to return my faulty kit, if I would have address at least I will retrun the kit so I can go further with our design.

Hi Biser, Thanks for support, Today estore people contacted me and agreed to refund the amount on return of faulty kit.
