We are planning to desing motion controller based on AM3359 and for floating point calculatoion we would like to

use C6657 as coporcessor. We would plan to run C6657 with boot-spi rom and even no DDR. What is the minumum

needed configuration for C6657 to run

I'm not sure if you're asking for minimum HW configuration or something else. Can you be more specific?

If the code fits, you can have a system w/ only a SPI Boot ROM and no external memory.

We need just boot SPI flash and no ddr. In that case do we need to provide all clock inputs or just SYSCLK

The Hardware Design Guidelines should specify what to do if you're not using some of the IPs such as DDR, SRIO, etc. Have you reviewed the HW Design Guidelines. They are available on the TMS320C6657 <-- Product Page.
