Thanks for your reply.

By checking,

"The encoder supports all resolutions until up to 4096x4096. The minimum resolution supported is 96x80.
Width has to be multiple of 16 but height can be any number."

   I have question
   Q1. Did decoder also support dynamic resolution decoding?
   Q2. is the max/min supported resolution the same as one for encoder
